甲状腺全切除术在甲状腺癌外科治疗中的应用研究

Application research of total thyroidectomy in surgical treatment of thyroid carcinoma

目的:探讨甲状腺全切除术在甲状腺癌外科治疗中的应用效果。方法:收治甲状腺癌患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组给予患侧腺叶全切除术联合峡部切除术治疗,治疗组给予甲状腺全切除术治疗,比较两组生存率、并发症发生率、治疗效果评分、满意度评分。结果:治疗组治疗后6个月生存率、1年生存率、治疗效果评分、满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺全切除术治疗甲状腺癌的临床疗效较好。

Objective:To investigate the application research of total thyroidectomy in surgical treatment of thyroid carcinoma.Methods:60 cases of patients with thyroid carcinoma were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with total lobectomy combined with isthmus resection,the treatment group was treated with total thyroidectomy,the survival rate,incidence of complications,therapeutic effect score and satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results:The 6-month survival rate,1-year survival rate,therapeutic effect score and satisfaction score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Total thyroidectomy was effective in the treatment of thyroid carcinoma.
