前列地尔对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者高凝状态、超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Influence of alprostadil on hypercoagulable state and high sensitivity C reactive protein in patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease

目的:探讨前列地尔对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者高凝状态、超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的影响。方法:收治糖尿病下肢血管病变患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗联合前列地尔治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、D-二聚体(D-D)、Hs-CRP低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者应用前列地尔具有重要意义,可改善机体高凝状态,减轻炎性反应。

Objective:To explore the influence of alprostadil on hypercoagulable state and high sensitivity C reactive protein(Hs-CRP)in patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods:60 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,the observation group was treated with routine treatment combined with alprostadil,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,D-dimer(D-D),Hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It was of great significance to use alprostadil in diabetic patients with lower extremity angiopathy,it can improve the hypercoagulable state of the body and alleviate inflammation.
