鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带良性病变的疗效研究

Efficacy of surgical treatment with nasal endoscope combined with self-retaining laryngoscope for benign vocal cord lesions

目的:探讨鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带良性病变的疗效。方法:收治声带良性病变患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用单独支撑喉镜手术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜下手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜下手术治疗声带良性病变的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of surgical treatment with nasal endoscope combined with self-retaining laryngoscope for benign vocal cord lesions.Methods:80 patients with benign vocal cord lesions were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with surgical treatment of self-retaining laryngoscope,the observation group was treated with surgical treatment of nasal endoscope combined with self-retaining laryngoscope,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of surgical treatment with nasal endoscope combined with self-retaining laryngoscope for benign vocal cord lesions was significant.
