比较腹腔镜下胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术的临床疗效

Comparison of clinical efficacy between laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional open cholecystectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下胆囊切除术与传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的效果。方法:收治胆囊结石患者114例,分为对照组和观察组,每组各57例。观察组采用腹腔镜下胆囊切除术治疗,对照组采用传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术各项指标情况、总并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下胆囊切除术具有微创性,极大地降低了患者并发症发生率,促进了患者快速恢复,并且能取得和传统开腹手术一样的治疗效果,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and traditional open cholecystectomy in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis.Methods:114 patients with cholecystolithiasis were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,the control group was treated with traditional open cholecystectomy,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,the indicators of operation and the incidence of total complications were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was minimally invasive,which greatly reduced the incidence of complications and promoted rapid recovery,moreover,it can achieve the same therapeutic effect as traditional open surgery,and its clinical application value was high.
