个体化疼痛管理在创伤骨科围手术期的应用

Application of individual pain management in perioperative period of trauma department of orthopedics

目的:探讨个体化疼痛管理模式在创伤骨科围手术期的应用及临床效果。方法:收治骨科接受创伤治疗的患者120例,分两组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规疼痛管理模式,试验组采用个体化疼痛管理模式,对比两组患者手术日及术后前3 d的睡眠时间、疼痛程度。结果:试验组患者的睡眠时间以及疼痛控制的效果均优于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个体化疼痛管理在创伤骨科围手术期的应用,能有效控制患者的疼痛情况,延长患者的睡眠时间,减轻患者的痛苦,更有利于早日康复。

Objective:To explore the application and clinical effect of individual pain management mode in traumatic Department of orthopedics.Methods:120 patients were admitted to department of orthopedics for trauma treatment,they were divided into the two groups.The control group adopted the conventional pain management mode,while the experimental group adopted the individual pain management mode.The sleep time and pain level of the two groups were compared before and 3 days after operation.Results:The sleep time and pain control effect of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of individualized pain management in the perioperative period of orthopaedic trauma can effectively control the pain of patients,prolong the sleep time of patients,alleviate the pain of patients,more conducive to early recovery.
