逍遥丸、归脾丸治疗绝经综合征近期表现49例临床体会

Clinical experience of Xiaoyao pills and Guipi pill in the treatment of 49 patients with menopausal syndrome

目的:探讨逍遥丸、归脾丸治疗绝经综合征近期表现的疗效。方法:收治绝经综合征近期表现的患者49例,采用逍遥丸、归脾丸治疗,辅助谷维素。结果:明显改善绝经综合征的近期表现,尤其月经紊乱、潮热汗出、心悸失眠、焦虑易怒等血管舒缩功能不稳定及神经精神症状,无不良反应。结论:逍遥丸、归脾丸治疗绝经综合征近期表现效果良好。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xiaoyao pills and Guipi pill in the treatment of patients with menopausal syndrome.Methods:49 patients with recent manifestations of menopausal syndrome were treated with Xiaoyao pills and Guipi pill,with auxiliary oryzanol treatment.Results:It can significantly improve the recent manifestations of menopausal syndrome,especially vasomotor dysfunction and neuropsychiatric symptoms,such as menstrual disorders,hot flashes,palpitations,insomnia,anxiety and irritability,etc,with no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Xiaoyao pills and Guipi pill has a good effect in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.
