动态血糖监测在妊娠期合并糖尿病患者中的监测情况

Monitoring situation of continuous glucose monitoring in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)在妊娠期合并糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法:收治使用动态血糖监测的妊娠期合并糖尿病患者31例,其中21例为妊娠期糖尿病患者(GDM组),10例为2型糖尿病合并妊娠患者(2型糖尿病组),比较动态血糖图谱。结果:糖尿病合并妊娠组血糖平均值、空腹血糖平均值、餐后平均值、低血糖率、高血糖率、血糖波动均高于或大于糖尿病组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:动态血糖监测系统能够更好地监测妊娠期合并糖尿病患者的血糖波动情况。

Objective:To explore the application value of continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS)in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:31 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus with continuous glucose monitoring were selected,of these,21 cases were gestational diabetes mellitus(the GDM group),10 cases were type 2 diabetes with pregnancy(the type 2 diabetes group),we compared the dynamic glucose profiles.Results:In the diabetes mellitus with pregnancy group,the average blood glucose,average fasting blood glucose,average postprandial blood glucose,hypoglycemia rate,hyperglycemia rate and blood glucose fluctuation were higher than the diabetic group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The dynamic glucose monitoring system can better monitor the fluctuation of blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
