摘要
目的:探讨末梢血与静脉血进行血常规检验的准确性。方法:收治体检者420例,分为两组,每组各210例。对照组给予末梢血检验,观察组给予静脉血检验,比较两组血常规检验结果。结果:观察组RBC、WBC、Hb、PLT和MCV值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血常规检验中,静脉血检验的准确率更高,可作为临床上血常规检验的最佳采血方式。
Objective:To investigate the accuracy of blood routine examination with peripheral blood and venous blood.Methods:420 cases of physical examination were divided into two groups.The control group was given peripheral blood test,the observation group was given venous blood test,the blood routine examination results were compared between the two groups.Results:The values of RBC,WBC,Hb,PLT and MVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The accuracy of venous blood test was higher in blood routine examination,and it could be used as the best blood collection method in clinical blood routine examination.
