优质护理对小儿门诊输液临床效果的影响观察

Observation on the effect of high quality nursing on clinical effect of pediatric outpatient infusion

目的:探讨优质护理对小儿门诊输液临床效果的影响。方法:门诊输液治疗患儿154例,随机分为两组,每组各77例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,观察组患儿给予优质护理服务,对比观察两组患儿的护理效果及护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿输液不良事件发生率2.6%,低于对照组的11.7%;观察组患儿护理满意度98.7%,明显高于对照组的89.6%。组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理能够降低小儿门诊输液不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing on the clinical effect of pediatric outpatient infusion.Methods:154 children were treated with infusion therapy,they were randomly divided into the two groups on average,the control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high quality nursing service,the nursing effects and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of infusion adverse events in the observation group was 2.6%,which was lower than that in the control group(11.7%).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(89.6%).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality care can reduce the incidence of adverse events in children with infusion,improve nursing satisfaction.
