摘要 随着BIM技术在工程项目的应用日益增多,BIM的基础理论研究主题不断丰富,文章针对BIM技术应用在我国传统建筑业时出现的"BIM双轨制"现象,以BIM咨询项目为数据来源,采用扎根理论,遵循"数据收集与整理,开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码,理论构建和形成"流程,对原始资料进行编码处理。通过对"故事线"逻辑脉络的分析,创新以"BIM技术驱动的工程项目管控"为最终核心范畴,行为规范、监查纠偏、决策支持和信息集成与反馈为四个副核心范畴的BIM技术驱动的工程项目管控机制新模型,以改善BIM技术与传统工程项目管理流程产生"低效率耦合"问题,提高工程项目管理绩效。 Basic theory research themes of BIM is enriched constantly as more and more application of BIM technology in engineering projects.BIM consulting project is regarded as data source,grounded theory is adopted,the flow of‘data collection and sorting,open coding,axial coding,selective coding,theory construction and formation’is followed for encoding original data in view of‘BIM double-track system’phenomena during application of BIM technology in China traditional construction industry.BIM technology-driven engineering project management and control mechanism innovation model is innovated through analyzing‘story line’logical vein,wherein‘BIM technology-driven engineering project management and control’is regarded as the final core category,conduct regulation,monitoring action,decision support as well as information integration and feedback are regarded as four deputy core categories,thereby improving‘low efficiency coupling’problem in BIM technology and traditional engineering project management flow,and improving engineering project management performance.
