对苇塘村经济发展现状的调查与分析

Research and Analysis on the Economic Development Status of Weitang Village

扶贫工作是我国农村重要工作之一,也是新农村建设的一个重要内容,盖州市万福镇苇塘村是辽宁农业职业技术学院的定点扶贫村,通过实地调查发现苇塘村土地规模小且分散,农业劳动力严重不足是制约苇塘村发展的主要因素,解决的主要措施是通过搭建平台,促进土地流转,使土地向种、养能手中转移,提高农业机械化水平,促进苇塘村农业现代化发展。

Poverty alleviation has become one of the key points in the rural work of our country and an important part of the new rural construction.Weitang Village in Wanfu Town of Gaizhou County is a fixed-point poverty alleviation village of Liaoning Ag?ricultural technical College.It is found that the scattered and small scale land and the serious shortage of agricultural labor is the main factor restricting the development of Weitang Village based on the empirical investigation.The main solution is to build plat?form,boost farmland transfer,transfer the rural land contracted management right to the farmers who are good at planting and culti?vating,improve the level of agricultural mechanization and accelerate the development of agriculture and rural area in Weitang Vil?lage.
