特殊教育培训学分制度的可行性分析

摘要 在国际融合教育大发展的背景下,越来越多的特殊儿童将进入到普通学校进行随班就读学习,因此要求普通学校的学科教师和教学管理人员要学习和了解特殊教育的相关知识,掌握一定的特殊教育技能和方法,才能胜任融合教育背景下特殊儿童的教育。目前义务教育阶段的普通学校教师队伍,短期内学习和掌握特殊教育相关知识的有效方法,是在国家开放大学远程平台上学习特殊教育的相关课程和知识,这是特殊教育非学历大面积培训的有效途径,具有可行性。 Under the background of the great development of international integration education,more and more special children will enter ordinary schools to study in regular classes.Therefore,the subject teachers and teaching managers in ordinary schools are required to learn and understand the relevant knowledge of special education,master certain special education skills and methods,so as to be competent for the education of special children in the context of integrated education.At present,the general school teachers in the inclusive education stage learn and master the effective knowledge-related methods in the short-term.They are studying the special education general education course on the remote platform of the National Open University,and use the credit system to convert the continuing education credits.This is an effective way to train non-academic general education in special education and it is feasible.
