On the Identification of Socialist Values of Migrant Workers in Cities

增强社会主义核心价值观认同,是实现中华民族伟大复兴和传播社会正能量的关键,对提升公民思想政治素质有重要意义。当前进城务工人员在社会主义核心价值观认同上呈现出情感与行为不一致、自觉实践的意识不强以及认识不系统等问题。增强进城务工员对社会主义核心价值观的认同,需要进城务工人员不断提升自身素质,需要制定有效的奖惩机制和激励措施。

Strengthening the identification of socialist core values is the key to realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and spreading the positive energy of the society,which is of great significance to the promotion of citizens’ideological and political quality.At present,there are some problems in the identification of the core values of socialism among migrant workers,such as inconsistency between emotion and behavior,the lack of consciousness of conscious practice,and the unsystematic knowledge of themselves.To enhance the recognition of the core values of socialism among migrant workers,it is necessary for them to constantly improve their own quality,and to formulate the effective reward and punishment mechanism and incentive measures.
