艺术学研究生心理档案建设问题探析

研究生是高等教育的最高学历,随着招生人数与规模的逐年扩大,在校研究生管理工作面临挑战。各高校为了确保研究生的培养质量,不断提高培养标准,使研究生的学业压力日益加大。而广大研究生还面临就业、婚姻、经济等方面的压力。在多种重压之下,艺术学研究生心理健康问题日益突显,成为社会关注的热点,这也是艺术类院校教育工作者亟待解决的问题。本文拟从艺术类研究生心理健康档案建设的必要性、可行性出发,为监控研究生心理状态与变化、及时了解研究生心理动态轨迹、加强艺术类高校研究生管理等提供具体依据,保障研究生教育持续稳定发展。

Graduate is the highest education in higher education.As the number and scale of enrollment expands year by year,the management of postgraduate students is facing challenges.In order to ensure the quality of postgraduate training,colleges and universities continue to raise the standards of training,so that the academic pressure of graduate students is increasing.The majority of graduate students also face pressures in employment,marriage,and economics.Under multiple pressures,the mental health problems of art graduate students have become increasingly prominent and become a hot spot of social attention.This is also a problem that educators in art colleges have yet to solve.This paper intends to provide a concrete basis for monitoring the psychological status and changes of graduate students,timely understanding the psychological dynamics of postgraduates,and strengthening the management of graduate students in art universities to ensure the sustainable and stable development of postgraduate education.
