摘要
阐述生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的来源、特性及危害,详细介绍了处理生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的最新无害化处理技术:固化技术、热处理技术、药剂稳定化技术、水热处理技术、分离萃取技术。通过分析比较这5类处理技术的优缺点,认为水热处理将是生活垃圾焚烧飞灰无害化处理的最具潜力技术。同时,还介绍了飞灰在用作建筑材料、用作水泥制备、制作多孔陶瓷、制作复合材料、用作吸附材料及其他应用方面的资源化利用途径,以及对未来飞灰的资源化利用提出了展望。
The paper describes the source,characteristics and hazards of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash,and introduces the latest harmless technologies for the treatment of MSWI fly ash in detail,such as solidification technology,heat treatment technology,reagent stabilization technology,hydrothermal treatment technology,and separation&extraction technology.By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these five types of treatment technologies,it is believed that hydrothermal treatment will be the most potential technology for harmless treatment of MSWI fly ash.Meanwhile,the paper also introduces the utilization of fly ash in building material,cement preparation,porous ceramics,composite material,adsorbent material and other applications,and prospects the future resource utilization of fly ash.
