麝香保心丸对同型半胱氨酸血症大鼠血清炎症因子IL-6和CRP的影响

Effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on Serum IL-6 and CRP in Rats with Hyperhomocysteinemia

目的在大鼠高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症模型上,探讨麝香保心丸对血清炎症因子白介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将实验动物随机分正常组、高同型半胱氨酸血症组及Hcy+麝香保心丸组,每组10只,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度,采用放射免疫法检测大鼠血清IL-6和CRP含量。结果 L-蛋氨酸灌胃能够诱导大鼠高同型半胱氨酸血症模型,血清IL-6和CRP浓度有所升高(P <0.01);用麝香保心丸干预后,血清IL-6和CRP浓度有所下降(P <0.01)。结论麝香保心丸可抑制高同型半胱氨酸血症引起的炎症因子表达。

Objective To investigate the effects of Shexiang Baoxin pill(SXBXP)on serum interleukin 6(IL 6)and C reactive protein(CRP)in rats with hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy).Methods The male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group(n=10),model group(n=10),and SXBXP group(n=10).The rat model with HHcy was established by L methionine.The plasma homocysteine contents was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELIA).The contents of serum IL 6 and CRP were detected by radioimmunossay.Results The model rats with HHcy were induced by L methionine.The content of serum IL 6 and CRP were increased in model group(P<0.01).The content of serum IL 6 and CRP were decreased in SXBXP group compared with model group(P<0.01).Conclusion SXBXP can significantly inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors in rats with HHcy.
