面向消费升级和技术变革的新零售模式探索成为零售业发展趋势,智能快递柜共享联盟形成有助于新零售模式的良性发展,如何提供科学合理的智能快递柜共享收益分配方法成为迫切需要解决的问题。文章结合新零售模式下智能快递柜共享机理,引入技术因素、风险因素和管理因素,运用修正的shapley值法,构建了新零售模式下智能快递柜共享收益分配方法,并运用实例验证了文章提出方法的有效性,针对智能快递柜合作联盟的发展提出了有效建议。

The exploration of new retail mode oriented to consumption upgrading and technological change has become the trend of retail industry.The formation of intelligent express cabinet sharing alliance is conducive to the healthy development of the new retail model.How to provide a scientific and reasonable sharing income distribution method becomes an urgent problem.Combining with the sharing mechanism of intelligent express cabinet under the new retail mode,the article introduces technical factors,risk factors and management factors,and uses the modified Shapley value method to construct the sharing income distribution method of intelligent express cabinet under the new retail mode.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a case,and some effective suggestions are put forward for the development of intelligent express cabinet cooperation alliance.
