民族高校青年一代党外人士统战工作探析——以内蒙古民族大学为例

青年是国家的未来,是民族繁荣强大的希望,也是中国共产党统一战线的中坚力量。在新形势下做好青年一代党外人士的统战工作,是实现党的统一战线的重要组成部分,也是民族高校解决民族问题和宗教问题的重要途径。因此,掌握青年一代党外人士的主要特点、思想状况和发展趋势,引导和培养党外人士的政治参与意识和建言献策的积极性,提高民族高校青年一代党外人士的政治素养是统战工作的重心。

Young people is the future of the country,the hope of national prosperity and strength,and also the backbone of the CPC united front.Under the new situation,doing good job in the united front work for the younger generation of non-party members is an important part of realizing the party's united front and an important way to solve the ethnic and religious problems in national universities.Therefore,it is the focus of united front work to master the main characteristics,ideological situation and development trend of the young generation's non-party people,guide and cultivate the non-party people's awareness of political participation and enthusiasm for advice,and improve the political accomplishment of the young generation of non-party people in national universities.
