液压驱动小车定位的研究

摘要 液压驱动小车运行过程,由于快速移动的小车具有较大动能,当液压缸推动小车至行程终端时,运输小车与定位装置发生机械碰撞。采用电液伺服系统结合超声波检测,实时监控运输小车的位置,并对小车行程终端施加缓冲;一方面实现液压缸终端行程减速运行,另一方面保证小车准确运行至预定位置与定位装置软接触。 In the moveing process of hydraulic drive car,because the rapid moving car has large kinetic energy,the transport car and the positioning device would have a mechanical collision when the hydraulic cylinder pushes trolley to the terminal.In this paper,an electro-hydraulic servo system combined with ultrasonic detection is used to monitor the location of the transport car in real time and to apply buffer to the trolley travel terminal.On the one hand,it can realize deceleration operation of the hydraulic cylinder terminal stroke;on the other hand,it can ensure accurate movement of the car to the predetermined position and soft contact with the positioning device.
