摘要
裁剪是一种有效解决发明问题的TRIZ工具,通过删除问题元件,重组系统有用功能,达到技术系统简化与产品优化的目的,从而实现产品创新设计。从功能分析、建立功能模型着手,介绍裁剪的4种规则,分析裁剪的创新设计流程,并通过无叶风扇的实例说明裁剪方法的有效性,为机械设计人员提供了一种创新设计方法。
Trimming is an effective TRIZ tool to solve the problem of invention.By deleting the problem elements and reorganizing the useful functions of the system,the aim of simplifying the technical system and optimizing the product is achieved,thus innovative design of the product is realized.Starting from function analysis and building function model,this paper introduces four rules of trimming,analyzes the innovative design flow of cutting,and illustrates the validity of cutting method through an example of the non-leaf fan,which provides a new design method for mechanical designers.
