Analysis and Application of Drilling Rig Hoisting System

钻机提升系统作为石油钻机的核心,在起下钻等作业流程中起着至关重要的作用,按照提升方式的不同将钻机提升系统分为了绞车式和液压式提升系统,对两种提升系统的结构组成进行了分析,并调研了国内外提升系统的应用状况,最后对两种提升系统的优缺点进行了总结分析。可以预见,具备先进性的液压式提升系统会在今后的石油钻机中占据重要地位。

As the core of drilling rigs,the hoisting system plays a vital role in the process of drilling.In this paper,the hoisting system is divided into drawworks type and hydraulic type according to the different lifting mode;the structural composition of their hoisting system is analyzed,and the application status in both domestic and international is investigated;then the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of hoisting system are summarized and analyzed.It can be predicted that the advanced hydraulic type hoisting system will play an important role in drilling rigs in the future.
