摘要
为了解决快递运输过程中货物积压损坏、装卸不便等问题,在分析现有货柜车的基础上,创新设计了一种可变结构运输车。采用变胞机构理论,使用2自由度差动轮系分别控制,实现车厢上中两层货物承载板的任意高度调节;采用多杆平行机构,实现分列隔开不同货物;创新设计车门的2种不同开闭方式,可配合承载板的不同层高和运输带,辅助装卸货物。该运输车对空间进行分层分列,改善货物运输环境,翻转门与传送板配合,辅助人工装卸,减少装卸所需劳力,并减轻了工人劳动强度,在快递运输车行业具有较好的推广和应用价值。
In order to solve the problem of overstocking and unpacking of goods during express delivery,a variable structure transport vehicle was designed based on analysis of existing container vehicles in this atticle.Based on the theory of metamorphic mechanism,the 2-DOF differential gear train is used to control the load plate of two floors in the carriage.The multi-pole parallel mechanism is adopted to separate different goods.The innovative design of two different opening and closing modes to the door can match the different layers and conveyor belts of the loaders to assist the loading and unloading of the goods.The truck can be divided into different layers to improve the transportation environment of goods,cooperate the door with the transfer board,assist manual loading and unloading,reduce labor requirement for loading and unloading,and reduce the labor intensity of workers.It has good popularization and application value in the express transport industry.
