摘要
太阳能热水器可以节约能源,尤其在北方农村推广可减少散煤或秸秆烧水问题,对我国北方地区大气污染治理具有重要意义。太阳能热水器的户外管道虽然保温很好,但管道折弯处、过墙处等部位特别容易冻住,甚至造成开裂漏水结成瀑布冰块。基于温度补偿原理,设计了一种导热结构,将保温筒中热水的热量传导至户外水管中,用以弥补户外管道内水的热量损失,采用低成本解决了太阳能热水器户外水管结冰堵塞的问题。
Solar water heater can save energy,especially with its popularization and application in the northern rural areas,it can reduce the problem of burning coal or straw to get hot water,which is of great significance to air pollution control in northern China.Although the outdoor pipe of solar water heater is of good heat-insulating property,it is especially easy to be frozen at the bend and the wall corner,and even causes the cracking and leakage to form the waterfall ice.Based on the principle of temperature compensation,a kind of heat conduction structure is designed in this paper.The heat of hot water in the heat preservation tube is transmitted to the outdoor water pipe to make up the heat loss of the water in the outdoor pipe,and problems of freezing and blocking outdoor water pipe of the solar water heater are solved with low cost.
