摘要
从ICCD的基本结构出发,分析光子在ICCD中的倍增过程和每个过程引入的噪声,根据各噪声所服从的概率分布函数,得到各个噪声的理论表达式,进而对ICCD的信噪比模型进行了理论推导。
Starting from the basic structure of ICCD,the multiplication process of photons in ICCD and the noise introduced by each process are analyzed.According to the probability distribution function obeyed by each noise,the theoretical expression of each noise is obtained.Furthermore,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)model of ICCD is deduced theoretically.
