基于“智慧城市”的雄安新区白洋淀流域的规划设计 被引量:2

摘要 对于规划建设绿色智慧新城雄安新区,打造特色小镇,白洋淀流域的发展至关重要。为解决白洋淀流域的污染问题和发展问题,我们提出了基于"智慧城市"的雄安新区白洋淀流域信息服务平台。根据对白洋淀的生态文明、污染问题、气候条件、风土人情、旅游环境等方面进行充分调查研究,确保数据的准确性,从而建立出白洋淀信息服务平台,为建设"生态城市,蓝绿相互交织,清新明亮,水城融为一体"雄安新区的特色小镇提供决策支持。 For the planning and building of a green,smart Xiong'an New Area,so as to make it a characteristic town,the de-velopment of Baiyangdian Lake Area is essential.In order to solve the problem of pollution and development of Baiyangdian Lake Area,we put forward the information service platform of Baiyangdian Lake Area of Xiong'an New Area based on"smart city".Ac-cording to the ecological civilization,pollution problems,climate conditions,local conditions and customs,tourism environment and other aspects of Baiyangdian Lake Area,so as to ensure the accuracy of the data,this paper intends to establish the Baiyangdian in-formation service platform,which may serve as a decision support for the building of Xiong'an New Area into an"ecological city,with a blue sky and a green landscape,with fresh air,bright light,and clean water".
