绿色建筑设计在高层民用建筑设计中的应用

由于高层建筑垂直高度大,占地面积小,而且容积率较高,因此与现代城市发展的需求具有较好的适应性,并成为现代城市的主要建筑形式。但在现代城市发展过程中,人们对生存空间和环境质量都提出了较高的要求,因此在当前高层民用建筑设计中需要重视绿色建筑设计理念的应用,打造生态、环保和绿色的高层民用建筑。文中从绿色建筑设计在高层民用建筑设计中的应用优势入手,分析了绿色建筑设计的原则,并进一步对绿色建筑设计在高层民用建筑设计中的应用进行了具体的阐述。

Because of the large vertical height,small area and high volume ratio,the high-rise building has a good adaptability with the needs of the development of modern cities,and has become the main architectural form of modern cities.But in the modern city development process,people posed higher request for the living space and the environmental quality,therefore,the current highrise civil building design needs to take the green building design idea the application.To build ecological,environmental protection and green high-rise civil buildings.This paper starts with the advantages of green building design in high-rise civil building design,analyzes the principles of green building design,and further expounds the application of green building design in high-rise civil building design.
