大西高铁CRTS Ⅰ型双块式无砟轨道精调施工工艺研究

高速铁路无砟轨道具有高平顺性、高稳定性,少维修的结构特点,文章结合大西高铁CRTS Ⅰ型双块式无砟轨道线路精调实例,通过论述无砟轨道的精调施工条件、工艺流程、操作要素及相应的工艺标准,制定了一套科学、规范,可用于现场指导轨道精调作业指导规范。通过精调施工,大西高铁的线路轨道状态达到了理想的效果,保证了线路的平顺性及乘车的舒适性。

Ballastless track of high speed railway has the structural characteristics of high smoothness,high stability and little maintenance.This paper combines the fine adjustment example of CRTS I type double block ballastless track line of Datong-Xi'an high speed railway with that of high speed railway.Through discussing the construction conditions,technological process,operation elements and corresponding technological standards of ballastless track fine adjustment,a set of scientific and standard has been worked out,which can be used to guide the operation guidance of track fine adjustment on the spot.Through the fine adjustment construction,the track state of Datong-Xi'an high-speed railway has achieved the ideal effect,thus guaranteeing the smoothness of the line and the ride comfort.
