摘要
焊接机器人是工业生产线最常用的机器人之一,在未来的制造业将会有更广泛的应用和前景,这是因为和人工操作相比,焊接机器人操作更快、效率更高、成本更低、更加精准,而且比人工操作更为安全。为了确保焊接质量和工业安全,提升焊接机器人的可靠性就至关重要,文章从技术角度对如何提升焊接机器人工作的可靠性进行了分析。
Welding robot is one of the most commonly used robots in industrial production line.It will have more extensive application and prospect in the future manufacturing industry,because compared with manual operation,welding robots operate faster,more efficiently,more cheaply,more accurately,and are safer than manual operations.In order to ensure the welding quality and industrial safety,it is very important to improve the reliability of the welding robot.This paper analyzes how to improve the reliability of the welding robot from the technical point of view.
