地区电网在实际运行情况下,发生事故的风险是有一定几率的,这种几率与工作人员对电网运行方式的编排、电网中二次保护设备的投运情况以及设备的维修保养情况都有一定的关系,随着电网结构越来越复杂,广大用户对用电质量的需求越来越高,电网运行风险量化计算评估的方法显得尤为重要,此方法的应用可以帮助工作人员更加直观的找出电网薄弱点,以及不同薄弱点发生事故的几率和级别,还可根据基于人工智能和外挂专家库的最优恢复供电路径算法得出一系列风险防范措施,集成上述功能的自动分析软件可帮助减轻工作人员的工作压力,降低电网故障产生的影响。
