基于测控的远方同期并网高级应用研究

摘要 通过对测控装置同期功能、同期合闸模式、同期触发条件、变电运行模式、调控端远方同期并网五个现状的深入分析,提出测控装置同期功能不满足调控端远方同期并网的要求,需对测控装置的同期功能进行改进,文中介绍了包含同期闭锁情况反馈调控端和自动远方同期并网预估功能的测控同期高级应用,并重点对自动远方并网同期预估功能的原理及数学模型进行了介绍,通过应用分析,研究内容能提高调控端远方并网成功几率,提升事故处置速度。 Through the in-depth analysis of five current situations,the synchronous function of the measurement and control de vice,the synchronous closing mode,the synchronous triggering condition,the operation mode of the substation,and the synchronous power grid connection at the remote control end,it is pointed out that the synchronization function of the measurement and control device can not meet the requirements of the remote synchronization of the regulating end,and the synchronization function of the measurement and control device needs to be improved.This paper introduces the advanced application of measurement and control synchronization,which includes feedback control end and automatic remote synchronization prediction function,and focuses on the principle and mathematical model of automatic remote synchronization prediction function.Through application analysis,the research content can improve the success probability of remote connection of regulatory end as well as the speed of accident disposal.
