摘要
文章详细地介绍了利用光纤传感技术与金属材料腐蚀相结合的检测方法以及三种常见的光纤腐蚀监测传感器(光纤光栅腐蚀传感器、探测透射光强腐蚀传感器、荧光猝灭型腐蚀传感器)的工作原理,系统地分析了光纤腐蚀传感器在国内外民用和军用上的发展状况,指出利用光纤腐蚀传感器的腐蚀监测方法与传统的腐蚀监测方法相比具有其独特的优势和潜在的巨大价值,为后续光纤腐蚀传感器在军事装备腐蚀监测中的应用前景提供了一些理论依据和思路。
This paper introduces in detail the detection method of combining optical fiber sensing technology with corrosion of metal materials and three kinds of common optical fiber corrosion monitoring sensors(fiber grating corrosion sensor,detecting trans mission light intensity corrosion sensor,etc.).(fluorescence quenching type corrosion sensor),The development of optical fiber corrosion sensor in civil and military fields is analyzed systematically.It is pointed out that the corrosion monitoring method based on optical fiber corrosion sensor has its unique advantages and great potential value compared with the traditional corrosion monitoring method.It provides some theoretical basis and ideas for the future application of optical fiber corrosion sensors in the corrosion monitoring of military equipment.
