肺炎贴辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of pneumonia paste in the adjuvant treatment of children with bronchopneumonia

目的探讨肺炎贴辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法 120例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷肺炎贴治疗。比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿退烧时间、止咳时间、肺啰音消失时间、住院时间分别为(2.45±1.12)、(4.09±1.78)、(5.06±1.36)、(6.28±2.03)d,均短于对照组的(3.56±1.58)、(4.78±1.98)、(6.78±1.46)、(8.78±2.76)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医症候评分为(2.86±1.08)分,低于对照组的(4.33±1.56)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患儿痊愈率为36.7%(22/60),好转率为36.7%(22/60),有效率为6.7%(4/60),无效率为20.0%(12/60),总有效率为80.0%;观察组患儿痊愈率为50.0%(30/60),好转率为33.3%(20/60),有效率为10.0%(6/60),无效率为6.7%(4/60),总有效率为93.3%。观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷肺炎贴治疗小儿支气管肺炎可缩短疾病病程,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of pneumonia paste in the adjuvant treatment of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 120 children with bronchopneumonia were selected as research objects,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with pneumonia paste for acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The fever reduction time,the cough relief time,the disappearance time of lung rales and length of stay in the observation group were(2.45±1.12)d,(4.09±1.78)d,(5.06±1.36)d and(6.28±2.03)d respectively,which were significantly shorter than(3.56±1.58)d,(4.78±1.98)d,(6.78±1.46)d and(8.78±2.76)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of traditional Chinese medical syndrome in the observation group was(2.86±1.08)scores,which was significantly lower than(4.33±1.56)scores in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the cure rate was 36.7%(22/60),the improvement rate was 36.7%(22/60),the effective rate was 6.7%(4/60),the ineffective rate was 20.0%(12/60),the total effective rate was 80.0%;in the observation group,the cute rate was 50.0%(30/60),the improvement rate was 33.3%(20/60),the effective rate was 10.0%(6/60),the ineffective rate was 6.7%(4/60),and the total effective rate was 93.3%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pneumonia paste for acupoint application in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia can shorten the course of disease and improve the clinical therapeutic effect,is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
