腹腔镜手术对老年胃溃疡穿孔患者的治疗效果观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery on perforation of gastric ulcer in elderly patients

目的探究腹腔镜手术对老年胃溃疡穿孔患者的治疗效果。方法 116例老年胃溃疡穿孔患者,根据数字随机方式分为对照组与观察组,每组58例。对照组患者采用开腹手术治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、胃管拔除时间、引流管拔除时间、住院时间。结果观察组患者肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、胃管拔除时间、引流管拔除时间、住院时间分别为(1.8±0.2)、(1.2±0.2)、(3.3±0.4)、(4.5±0.6)、(5.8±0.8)d,均显著短于对照组的(3.1±0.4)、(1.8±0.3)、(4.6±0.6)、(5.8±0.7)、(8.1±0.9)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术对老年胃溃疡穿孔患者的创伤小,能缩短患者住院时间,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery on perforation of gastric ulcer in elderly patients.Methods A total of 116 elderly patients with perforation of gastric ulcer were divided into control group and observation group according to digital random mode,58 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by laparotomy,and patients in the observation group were treated by laparoscopic surgery.The anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,gastric tube removal time,drainage tube removal time and length of stay between the two groups were compared.Results The anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,gastric tube removal time,drainage tube removal time and length of stay in the observation group were(1.8±0.2)d,(1.2±0.2)d,(3.3±0.4)d,(4.5±0.6)d and(5.8±0.8)d respectively,which were significantly shorter than(3.1±0.4)d,(1.8±0.3)d,(4.6±0.6)d,(5.8±0.7)d and(8.1±0.9)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for elderly patients with perforation of gastric ulcer is less invasive,can shorten the length of stay and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
