生长抑素治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of somatostatin for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients with liver cirrhosis

目的探索生长抑素治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的效果。方法 140例肝硬化上消化道出血患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组患者接受常规对症支持治疗和奥曲肽治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受生长抑素治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、止血时间、输血量、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.71%,高于对照组的84.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者止血时间(21.0±3.9)h短于对照组的止血时间(31.2±5.1)h,输血量(2.10±0.29)L少于对照组的(2.83±0.35)L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.282, P=0.595>0.05)。结论生长抑素在肝硬化上消化道出血治疗中应用能够促进止血,提高治疗效果,且用药安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of somatostatin for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 140 upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients with liver cirrhosis were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,70 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional symptomatic support therapy and Octreotide treatment,patients in the observation group received somatostatin treatment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,hemostasis time,blood transfusion volume and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than 84.29%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis time of the observation group was(21.0±3.9)h,which was significantly shorter than(31.2±5.1)h of the control group,the blood transfusion volume of the observation group was(2.10±0.29)L,which was significantly less than(2.83±0.35)L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.282,P=0.595>0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin for the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage patients with liver cirrhosis can promote hemostasis,improve the treatment effect,and drug safety is high,worthy of clinical promotion.
