大面积烧伤残余创面经中西医结合治疗临床探讨

Clinical investigation of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy for large area residual burn wounds

目的探讨中西医结合治疗大面积烧伤残余创面的临床效果。方法 84例大面积烧伤残余创面患者,采用数字表法随机分成研究组和对照组,各42例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组采用中西医结合治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组疼痛优良率为95.2%,对照组为85.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组创面愈合时间为(13.44±4.62)d,对照组为(21.78±5.09)d,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1个月,研究组瘢痕生成6例(14.3%),对照组瘢痕生成17例(40.5%),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合疗法治疗大面积烧伤残余创面,可有效改善疼痛,促进创面愈合,且可减少瘢痕发生,有着重要临床价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy for large area residual burn wounds.Methods A total of 84 patients with large area residual burn wounds were divided into research group and control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,the research group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of pain in the research group was 95.2%,which was significantly higher than 85.7%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the research group was(13.44±4.62)d,which was significantly shorter than(21.78±5.09)d of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Followed up for one month,there were 6 cases(14.3%)of scar formation in the research group and 17 cases(40.5%)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy for large area residual burn wounds can effectively improve the pain,promote wound healing,and reduce the occurrence of scars,has important clinical values.
