摘要
卤氧化铋BiO X(X=Cl,Br,I)是一种具有独特的层状结构和适合的禁带宽度,可以在可见光下表现出良好光催化活性的催化剂. BiO X的比表面积、对光的吸收能力、吸附能力和光生载流子的迁移速率,直接影响光催化性能.本文概述了BiO X (X=Cl,Br,I)的国内外发展状况及成果,从结构特征,制备方法和性能改性等方面进行总结.通过微观调控、掺杂、负载、构建异质结等方法可提高BiO X的光催化性能,并提出BiO X的未来发展方向.
BiOX(X=Cl,Br,I)is a kind of catalyst with unique layered structure and suitable bandgap width,which can show good photocatalytic activity in visible light.The specific surface area,absorptive capacity of light,adsorption capacity and migration rate of photogenerated charge carrier of BiOX can affect photocatalytic performance directly.Herein,the development and achievements,the structural features,the preparation methods and performance modification of BiOX(X=Cl,Br,I)at home and abroad were summarized.The photocatalytic performance of BiOX can be improved by means of microscopic regulation,doping,loading and constructing heterogeneous junction.The future development direction of the BiOX was put forward.
