In the age of information overload,recommendation systems play an important role in the fields of E-commerce,medical care and etc.,achieving a win-win situation between enterprises and users.The relevant knowledge of recommendation system was introduced,and Mahout’s open source Java framework was applied to build a movie recommendation system based on collaborative filtering algorithm.In addition,two indexes of accuracy and recall were used to evaluate the recommendation system.
