摘要 装配式建筑的快速发展已受到建筑业广泛关注,然而其施工过程中的偏差通病严重阻碍了装配式建筑的发展.虽然BIM技术在建筑行业中的应用日趋成熟,但其大多被应用于建筑生命周期的设计阶段,无法有效指导装配式建筑的现场拼装工作.因此,本文提出BIM-3D扫描集成应用,为装配式建筑施工现场管理提供理论支持,并以某钢结构厂房为例进行应用研究. The rapid development of prefabricated buildings has attracted wide attention from the construction industry.However,the common errors from building process has severely hampered the development of prefabricated buildings.Although the application of BIM technology in the construction industry becomes more and more mature,most of them are applied in the design stage of the construction life cycle,and it is impossible to effectively guide the on-site assembly work of the assembly-type buildings.Herein,a BIM-3D scanning integration application was proposed to provide theoretical research for the construction site management of prefabricated buildings.In addition,a steel structure workshop was taken as an example to apply the above-mentioned principles.
