The series problems and contradictions has occurred around the grass-roots public library professional title system and the talents construction evaluation,and it is currently affecting the quality of library work,innovation and career development.This paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of professional title system and the talents construction evaluation of grass-roots public library,and proposes optimizing suggestions and ideas.
