Research on the New Professional Farmers Cultivation Mode Participated by Agricultural Universities

现阶段我国农业高校主体式参与新型职业农民培育模式包括直接参与型和间接参与型,涉农企业和农民专业合作社对新型职业农民存在很大需求,农业高校可在建设校内实训基地的基础上,将学校、企业、农民、市场与大学生创业有机结合起来,发挥政府元治理作用,完善政策激励机制,以目标管理引导各项工作,促进各参与要素协同合作,同时发挥市场导向作用。

Currently,direct participation and indirect participation are two ways that agricultural universities participate in new type of professional farmers training in China.Enterprises related to agriculture and farmer professional cooperatives have great demand for new type of professional farmers.Therefore,universities can integrate schools,enterprises,farmers,and market with graduate entrepreneurship on the basis of establishing an in-campus practical training base to bring the role of governmental meta-governance into full play and to perfect policy incentives so as to guide the work with specific targets and promote the cooperation of all elements,and give play to market orientation.
