摘要
文中针对食用植物油中黄曲霉毒素B_1的提取进行改进研究。通过实验对比溶剂直接萃取法和免疫亲和柱固相萃取法的优劣性,提出采用直接溶剂萃取法提取以实现更加高效、便捷、低成本分析检测黄曲霉毒素B_1的可能性。具有较好的实用价值,为黄曲霉毒素B_1检测的广泛应用提供参考。
In this paper,the extraction of AFT B1 from edible vegetable oil was studied.One group samples were extracted by organic reagents directly,another group of samples were purified by Automatic SPE.The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are compared.The study shows that the AFT B1 in vegetable oil with the direct extraction method is more efficient,convenient,cost saving and easy to operate,can provides reference for the extensive application of AFT B1 detection.
