输油管道裂纹产生的原因分析与处理措施

Cause Analysis and Treatment Measures of Cracks in Oil Pipeline

文中采用磁粉检测、射线检测、光谱检测、硬度检测、金相检测等方法检测的结果,分析了管道裂纹的性质及裂纹产生的原因,得出表面裂纹非使用过程中产生,应为制造缺陷的结论。并根据裂纹产生的原因提出有效的预防措施。

In this paper,the properties of cracks and the causes of cracks are discussed by means of Magnetic particle testing,Radiographic testing,Spectrum detection,Hardness testing and Metallographic examination.The analysis results show that the surface crack is produced in the process of non-use,and it should be a manufacturing defect.And the effective preventive measures are put forward according to the cause of the crack.
