摘要
文中通过分析畜禽废弃物的理化性质与热解特性,研究其作为生物质能源利用的可行性。结果表明,畜禽废弃物的挥发份与可燃组份分别达到了64.25%与77.76%,理化性质与生物质成型燃料十分相似。畜禽废弃物的热解过程主要存在三个阶段:脱水、快速热解与缓慢失重。采用Coats-Redfern法一级动力学可描述畜禽废弃物的热解过程,活化能低至37.58 k J/mol,表明畜禽废弃物的热解过程容易反应。畜禽废弃物可作为生物质能源进行热化学利用。
By analyzing the physicochemical properties and pyrolysis characteristics of livestock wastes,the feasibility of using them as biomass energy sources was studied.The results showed that the volatile and combustible components of livestock waste reached 64.25%and 77.76%respectively,and the physical and chemical properties were highly similar to those of biomass briquetting fuel.There are mainly three stages of pyrolysis of livestock wastes:dehydration,rapid pyrolysis and slow weightlessness.The first order kinetics of Coats-Redfern can be used to describe the pyrolysis process of livestock and poultry waste.The activation energy is as low as 37.58 kJ/mol,indicating that the pyrolysis process of livestock and poultry wastes easily react.Livestock wastes can be used as biomass energy for thermochemical utilization.
