摘要
1994年4月10日,史英集合数个民间团体,成立“四一○”教改联盟,号召民众走上街头推动教改,使孩子能远离课业,走向多元适性学习之路。20世纪90年代,一连串教改措施上路,无论师资、课程、教学、教科书等,均有重大变革。至于大学教育的转变,亦从理性、文化陶冶至如今追求卓越。本文针对台湾教改20年,影响所及,不仅1990年后出生之莘莘学子,且社会大众对于民族认同、社会氛围与风气,均已见剧烈改变。如何从教育入手,探究自古至今、从中到西,培养传统文化、道德教化之核心,遂以中西相关文献,予以会通,作为台湾高等教育旋干转坤之省思。
In 1994 April 10,Shi Ying set a number of non-governmental organizations,“410”reform alliance was established,which called on the people to go on the street promote educational reform,so that children can away from schoolwork,pluralism way of learning.In 1990,a series of reform measures on the road,regardless of teachers,curriculum,teaching and textbooks,are a major change.As for the transformation of university education,but also from the rational culture,today to the pursuit of excellence.The reform of 20 years have been seen dramatic changes,which is not only 90 born numerous students,but also community for national identity,social atmosphere and culture.How to start from the education?inquiry from ancient times to the present,from China to the west,cultivate the core of traditional culture,moral education,then submitted in Chinese and Western literature.
