通过总结王雪峰教授运用脊背经穴在小儿脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)康复中临证组方经络与主穴配穴的配伍规律,探讨了脊背经穴的循行络属、整体功能及证治规律,研究其用于小儿脑瘫康复的中医机制。同时,对导师提出的长期、规律、适宜的干预脊背经穴改善脑瘫患儿背部运动及各系统间发育不协调性、促进患儿核心稳定功能发育的中西医互参康复机制进行探析。为临床小儿脑瘫康复提供更有效的,更精准的诊治思路。

This paper discusses the meridians and acupoints on the back,the overall function and the rules of treatment by summarizing Prof.Wang's experience in using meridians and acupoints on the back in the rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy,and explores its TCM mechanism.Meanwhile,Prof.Wang theory of integrated Chinese and western medicine is also discussed,which is to improve the back movement and the development incompatibility among different systems by long-term,regular and suitable intervention of meridians and acupoints on the back,in order to promote stable development of core functions.This will provide more effective and accurate lines of thinking about the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral palsy in children.
