美国大学学生社团的治理模式及其启示——以加州大学伯克利分校为例

The Management Mode and Inspiration of American College Students' Associations——Taking the University of California,Berkeley as an Example

本文以加州大学伯克利分校为个案,总结出美国大学学生社团的治理模式。现有的研究成果表明,学校的规划与措施是影响社团发展的最主要因素,这既证明了美国大学学生社团治理模式的合理性,也揭示了美国大学学生社团蓬勃发展的首要原因。这对我国大学学生社团的理论研究与实践开拓具有十分重要的借鉴意义。

Taking the University of California,Berkeley as an example,this paper summarizes the management mode of American college students association.The existing research results show that college planning and measures is the most important factor to associations development,which not only proves the rationality of the management mode of American college students associations,but also indicates the primary reason for the vigorous development of American college students associations.This is of great significance to the theoretical research and practice development of college students associations in China.
