七年贯通培养基础教育阶段学生核心素养特点及德育工作研究——以北京城市学院教育类贯通项目为例 被引量:7

摘要 为了培养七年贯通制学生的思想道德素质和职业道德规范,落实立德树人的根本任务,实现北京地区贯通培养的项目要求,北京城市学院教育学部根据七年贯通制教育类专业学生特定的培养目标,全面开展针对七年贯通培养项目中的学前教育和小学教育专业学生的调研,分析学生的总体情况,结合学部已经开展的理想信念教育、社会主义核心价值观教育、中国传统优秀文化教育、心理健康教育、生态文明教育等五大德育工作内容,剖析学生在德育培养过程中呈现出的核心素质特点,并提出德育工作有效途径的初步意见,为制定完善贯通培养一体化德育工作体系提供科学依据。 In order to develop the students ideological and moral qualities and professional ethics in the seven-year run-through cultivation program,Beijing City University has conducted a comprehensive research on the students of Preschool Education and Primary Education,which aims to elaborate the basic situation analysis on the students.After carrying out the moral education programs of ideal and faith,socialist core values,Chinese excellent traditional culture,mental health,and ecological civilization,Beijing City University proceeds to analyze the core quality and characteristics in the process of moral education,and puts forward preliminary opinions for the effective way of moral education work,and provides a scientific basis for the moral education system of the seven-year run-through cultivation program.
