The university library micro-channel public platform has the characteristics of immediacy,inclusiveness,and convenience.Since 2012,through exploration and development in recent years,it has gradually developed into a new front for readers and libraries to communicate with each other.It is such a media that integrates information push,self-service,and mobile library services,and is recognized by more and more readers.Its application status of the micro-channel platform for university libraries is summarized in four aspects:information push service,panning service,mobile library service and extension service.The micro-channel platform of university libraries is rapidly developing.In the future,it should develop in the direction of collecting and utilizing big data,strengthening active services,and developing with its own characteristics.
