摘要
针对摇床分离矿浆采用人工手动接矿方式,造成自动化水平较低、工人劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种高精度的摇床自动接矿装置,通过与视觉巡检机器人的配合可实现接矿装置精准、自动定位。经现场工业应用,该摇床自动接矿装置有效减少了精矿损失,减轻了工人劳动强度,为实现无人化数字工厂提供了有利条件。
In light of the low automation level and high labor intensity caused by manual reception of table-separated ore pulp,the paper designed a high-precision automatic ore reception mechanism which can realize precise and automatic location through the cooperation with visual inspection robots.Field industrial application shows that the automatic ore reception device effectively reduces the concentrate loss,mitigates labor intensity and provides favorable conditions for unmanned digital plants.
