建筑钢结构球形节点与圆管杆件的机器人焊接 被引量:2

摘要 采用移动式焊接机器人对北京新机场航站楼屋盖的球节点和圆管杆件进行现场焊接。焊前针对球节点和圆管杆件的机器人焊接进行了工艺评定,采用移动式焊接机器人对试样进行焊接,焊后进行了拉伸、弯曲和冲击等力学性能检测并验证合格,在此基础上,将移动式焊接机器人用于球节点和圆管杆件的现场焊接施工,焊后超声检测结果均合格。结果表明,移动式焊接机器人应用于建筑钢结构球形节点与圆管杆件焊接所获得焊缝力学性能满足要求,适用于建筑钢结构的现场焊接施工。 The spherical joints and pipe bars were welded by mobile welding robot in the roof steel structure of new Beijing Airport Terminal.The welding procedure qualification was executed on spherical joint and pipe bar with welding robot.The tensile tests,bending tests and impact tests were carried out to verify the welding parameters were proper.Based on these tests,the welding robot was used to weld the spherical joints and pipe bar at site operation in construction of new Beijing Airport Terminal.The results show that the mechanical properties of the weld meet the requirements.The robot is suitable for the field welding of the steel structure.
